These terms apply to all services provided by Quickwell Plumbing & Electrical Sdn Bhd and to your use of this website. By booking our services you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Our services

We provide plumbing, electrical and renovation services across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. All work is carried out by qualified tradespeople in line with relevant Malaysian standards and regulations.

2. Quotations and pricing

Quotations are based on the information you provide and, where possible, an on-site assessment. If the scope of work changes or hidden issues are uncovered, we will discuss and agree any revised price with you before continuing.

3. Appointments

We make every effort to arrive within the agreed window. Occasionally an earlier emergency or traffic may cause delay, in which case we will keep you informed. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, DuitNow QR and major e-wallets. A clear invoice is issued for every job.

5. Workmanship warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on installations and repairs. Parts and fittings we supply carry the relevant manufacturer warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations or normal wear.

6. Your responsibilities

Please provide safe access to the work area and disclose any known issues that may affect the job. You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required from a landlord or management corporation.

7. Liability

We carry appropriate insurance and take care on every job. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where the law provides otherwise. We are not liable for pre-existing faults unrelated to our work.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
